Once you have booked your appointment, dropped off your vehicle, and informed us about the service you wish to purchase, we begin the refurbishment process by removing your tyres with zero risk of damage. Each tyre is then marked and safely stored, while your alloys receive a unique identification number to maintain a repair record over time.

Your alloys are prepared using a specialised sandblasting machine, which efficiently cleans and keys the surface to ensure an optimal foundation. This modern method is faster than traditional techniques and yields superior results.

Next, your alloy is placed in our advanced Haas CNC diamond lathe for precise cutting. The machine accurately identifies the damaged areas and gradually removes microns from each layer of the alloy. With the alloy securely held in place by a high-speed rotary cylinder, a sharp, electric blade operates smoothly, minimising any risk of damage during the cutting process.

After cutting, the alloys are moved to our state-of-the-art eco-spray booth, a controlled environment designed to prevent contamination. Here, we apply dual layers of lacquer immediately after cutting to protect your alloys from wear and tear.

Once lacquered, the alloys cool for about 20-30 minutes before undergoing a meticulous inspection by our technicians to ensure a flawless finish.

Every alloy wheel goes through a rigorous quality control check to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.

In the final step, your tyres are carefully refitted to the refurbished alloys and balanced using a Ragalioni wheel balancer. Once complete, your wheels are ready for collection or delivery.
