The Process

Once you have booked your appointment, dropped off your vehicle, and informed us about the service you wish to purchase, we begin the refurbishment process by removing your tyres with zero risk of damage. Each tyre is then marked and safely stored, while your alloys receive a unique identification number to maintain a repair record over time.

Depending on the condition of the wheels, we’ll either dip the alloys in a paint stripper to expose the bare metal or use a specialised sandblasting machine. This advanced method cleans and preps the surface, providing an optimal foundation for refurbishment while delivering a cleaner, faster result than traditional techniques.

Your alloy is then secured in our high-tech Haas CNC diamond lathe for precision cutting. This process pinpoints damaged areas and gradually removes tiny layers of metal, enhancing the surface without risking damage. The lathe’s high-speed rotary cylinder and precise cutting blade ensure an immaculate finish every time.

Next, we colour-match and paint your alloys to a flawless finish. If you’d like to personalise the look, custom colours and finishes are available—just let us know your preferences.

After a brief cooling period, each alloy undergoes a meticulous inspection by a technician to confirm the finish meets our standards.

Every alloy wheel goes through a rigorous quality control check to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.

In the final step, your tyres are carefully refitted to the refurbished alloys and balanced using a Ragalioni wheel balancer. Once complete, your wheels are ready for collection or delivery.
